Terms & Conditions

A wager may be voided or adjusted where permitted if:

• • an event is abandoned or materially changed
• • a clear pricing or market error (palpable error) occurs
• • a racing runner is scratched where relevant rules apply
• • the integrity of an event or market is materially compromised
• • another applicable market rule requires the wager to be void

Once a wager has been accepted, customers should not assume it can be cancelled or edited. Customers should review their Bet Slip before submitting a wager.

A standard Multi combines multiple selections into a single wager. If a selection within a Multi is void, treatment of the remaining selections follows the applicable market rules.

Available combinations and selections are displayed during construction of the wager.

Any applicable maximum payout limits are determined by Puntzone.co wagering rules and will be made available where relevant.

Puntzone.co may undertake customer verification, transaction monitoring and other measures required by applicable Australian anti-money-laundering and counter-terrorism-financing obligations.

Puntzone.co does not permit use of its services for:

• • proceeds of crime
• • money laundering
• • terrorism financing
• • sanctions evasion
• • intentionally structured transactions intended to avoid lawful monitoring

Puntzone.co may request source-of-funds or other information where reasonably required by applicable law.

Puntzone.co does not guarantee a win, a particular result, a financial return, or the accuracy of predictions, form information or statistics as an indication of future outcomes.

Information such as form, statistics, results, odds and market information is provided for informational purposes only and is not financial advice or a guarantee of outcome.

Gambling involves risk and customers may lose money.

Puntzone.co may refuse, suspend or limit a wager, account or market where reasonably necessary for purposes such as:

• • risk management
• • legal or regulatory compliance
• • event integrity
• • security
• • responsible gambling obligations
• • suspected misuse or breach of these Terms

Customers are responsible for understanding any tax obligations that may apply to them. Puntzone.co does not provide tax advice.

Unless the specific terms of an offer state otherwise, a promotion is available only to a customer who:

• • holds a verified Puntzone.co account in their own legal name
• • is 18 years of age or older and located in a jurisdiction where the offer is lawful
• • is not subject to applicable self-exclusion restrictions, including BetStop
• • has not already claimed the same offer, unless that offer states it may be claimed more than once
• • meets any further eligibility criteria published with the offer

Puntzone.co may limit an offer to selected customers, markets, events or periods, and may decline to make an offer available to a particular customer.

Each promotion is published with its own specific terms. Those terms set out what the offer is, who it is open to, how it is claimed, any qualifying wager, market or odds restrictions, and the period during which it is available.

Where the specific terms of a promotion differ from these Terms & Conditions, the specific terms of that promotion prevail for that promotion only. These Terms continue to apply in all other respects.

A promotion runs for the period stated in its specific terms. Where a promotional entitlement carries an expiry, it lapses at the stated time and any unused value is forfeited.

Puntzone.co may amend, suspend, withdraw or cancel a promotion at any time, including before its stated end date, where that is reasonably necessary or required by law. Wagers already accepted under an offer are not affected by the later withdrawal of that offer, except where the wager itself is void under section 6A.

Where a promotion carries turnover, wagering or withdrawal conditions, those conditions are stated in full in the specific terms of the offer before it can be claimed.

Promotional value that remains subject to outstanding conditions is not available for withdrawal until those conditions have been met. Deposited funds are not subject to promotional conditions and remain withdrawable in accordance with section 4, Deposits & Withdrawals.

Promotions are intended for genuine individual use by the registered account holder. The following are not permitted:

• • opening or using more than one account in order to claim an offer more than once
• • claiming an offer through another person, or acting with others to claim an offer collectively
• • using false or incomplete identity details, or another person's identity or payment details
• • placing offsetting or matched wager combinations for the sole purpose of extracting promotional value
• • any other conduct that abuses an offer or defeats the purpose for which it was made available

Where Puntzone.co reasonably determines that an offer has been misused, it may withhold or reverse the promotional value, void the affected wagers, restrict or close the accounts involved and withhold future offers. Funds a customer has deposited that are not connected to the misuse remain theirs.

If a promotion is published, applied or settled incorrectly because of an obvious error - including a misstated price, credit amount or qualifying condition, or a technical fault - Puntzone.co may correct that error and adjust the affected account or wager to the position that would have applied had the error not occurred.

A customer who believes a promotion has been applied incorrectly should contact Puntzone.co through the available support channels.

A promotion never overrides an account control a customer has set. A deposit limit, a break or a self-exclusion continues to apply while an offer is running, and Puntzone.co does not use promotions to encourage a customer to lift or exceed a limit they have set.

If an account remains inactive for an extended period, Puntzone.co may contact the customer and manage any remaining balance in accordance with applicable law and account requirements.

If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.

These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gambling Terms and applicable Puntzone.co wagering rules, form the agreement governing use of the Puntzone.co service.
